Depending on the orientation of the stage, Deichgraf offers a perfect plenary for presentations, kick-offs and conferences. After a short conversion we transform the rooms into a dinner setting so the day ends in a relaxed atmosphere.

Breakout rooms are created by separating areas or using other zones of the venue – as a catering area, second meeting room or presentation space.

Theatre seating and presentation in the morning, business lunch at noon, seated dinner and bar in the evening: the conversion happens during the break without your guests having to leave the room.

Technology and breaks

A mobile stage, lighting and an integrated sound system are ready. The stage can be oriented to suit the format, so the plenary holds up to 100 people.

Between sessions, step out onto the terrace overlooking Südpark. All-day catering comes from our own kitchen, vegetarian, vegan or bio-regional on request.

What conference technology is available?

A mobile stage, integrated sound system, atmospheric lighting and moving heads are included. Projector, screen and additional equipment are provided as required.

Is there a conference package?

Yes. The package includes room, basic technology and all-day catering from our own kitchen. Request it with date and number of participants; the quote arrives within 24 hours.

How do we get there?

The venue is close to the city centre with on-site parking, a multi-storey car park within walking distance, public transport and the A46 motorway. Nearby hotels offer room allotments at good rates.
